Each bedroom was furnished with clean vibes, queen beds (medium firm to firm), TVs, and essentials for a comfortable stay.

Dip in the pool, play horseshoe, or chill in the backyard, and enjoy views of the mountains. (Pool can be heated for fee of $100 per night of your stay. Had to adjust to the times!)

The space

This is actually the home where our family started decades ago, and we were lucky enough to keep it in the family. It is a true midcentury Alexander home, and we’ve done our best to refresh it for others to enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated in 2016, and the original concrete floors give this midcentury gem a modern, yet rustic aesthetic. As it is an older midcentury home, there are aesthetic and functional aspects that we’re fixing up little by little to bring this home to its true potential. The pandemic put a damper on that, but we opened back up for the spring 2021 season to continue giving the house life. Still, you’ll find that it’s a chill and livable space with a more than just the essentials.

The house is minimally furnished, and we hope that you make this home yours during your stay.

Guest access

You’ll be able to access all parts of the home except a utility closet (near front entrance) which will be locked, and a storage room in the carport.

Other things to note

A pool heater is available, and can be turned on for you. There will be an additional $100 charge per night. Please let us know if you want it on. 🙂

There is an alarm system which will be disarmed during the entirety of your stay.

Roku streaming devices come with each TV.

Internet offers up to 100 mbps.

Fireplace isn’t operating.

Per city regulations:

No outdoor music

No more than three (3) cars can be parked in driveway and carport. The city will impose a nasty fine!

No street parking.

Absolutely no outside guests until the city changes this regulation (due to the pandemic).
